MEN'S BASKETBALL WALL WRAP

I designed a vinyl wall wrap for the Utah Tech Men's Basketball locker room. This wraps around five walls and lines the entrance to their locker room. It was 8 feet tall and over 50 feet long. I also redesigned a large sign for them to display their championship titles. Since the walls are brick I oversaw the special installation of the vinyl. This process was special because I was the first to create print materials with the new branding for the athletic department. My idea was to make sure the pictures didn't display any one individual player as the focal point, so that the imagery could be appreciated for years to come, without being associated with a specific time period. Since we were replacing an entire brand, we wanted to make sure the new designs wouldn't need to be replaced for a long time. This was one of the largest print designs I've done in my career.

AFTER INSTALLATION

Fun Fact!

The head coach didn't want to use this picture on the mural because the crowd at the game wasn't very big. He preferred a picture with a bigger crowd, but we couldn't use it because it portrayed old branding. To solve this issue, I painstakingly photoshopped individual people into the arena seats to give the illusion of a bigger crowd.
